Our Transformative Itinerary:
- Thursday, 11/6: Arrive and check-in to our beautiful accommodations, followed by a welcoming reception, sound healing session, rejuvenating yoga, and a transformational cacao ceremony.
- Friday, 11/7: Start your day with a hearty vegan breakfast and guided meditation on the beach, embark on a captivating culinary tour of Bahia, enjoy a free evening, and then dive into the vibrant local nightlife with a guided tour.
- Saturday, 11/8: Savor a delicious plant-based breakfast and styling session before heading to the main event: Afropunk!
- Sunday, 11/9: Another amazing organic breakfast and a breathwork session, followed by more Afropunk festivities.
- Monday, 11/10: After breakfast on the beach, we hold our close-out ceremony, and check out for our next destinations!
Optional Add-On Day (Tuesday, 11/11):
Extend your cultural immersion with a guided tour of Pelourinho, visits to historical sites like Sociedade Protetora dos Desvalidos, and a choice between the Museum of Modern Art or the Museum of Geology, concluding with a final close-out dinner.

This is a fundraiser for Show and Prove Youth Outreach and the center it operates from, TimbuktuATL. So you’re contributing to a great program for our young.
To secure your spot, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is essential for booking our accommodations and activities, ensuring we can provide you with the best possible experience.
Deposit Details:
* For single occupancy: A deposit of $250 is required. The total trip price is $1500, which covers almost everything on the ground (excluding airfare).
* For double occupancy: The deposit is $500, with a total rate of $2750.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following important information:
- Flight Information: Guests should plan to book their outgoing flights to Brazil for November 5th, 2025. This allows for a timely arrival for check-in and the evening’s activities on November 6th. We suggest using flights.google.com and searching for the best itinerary for the best price to Salvador, Brazil (not San Salvador, El Salvador). You may want to book your departure for the 10th, the 11th, or even later. We can only assist with transportation to the airport until the 12th.
- Packing Light: We encourage you to pack lightly and only bring essential items. This will make travel within Brazil more convenient and comfortable. Consider the warm climate and prioritize breathable clothing.
- Preparing for Bahia:
- Visa Requirements: Please visit https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/ to apply online for a visa.
- Health Precautions: Consult with your doctor about any recommended health precautions for travel to Brazil.
- Currency: The local currency is the Brazilian Real (BRL). It’s advisable to have some local currency on hand for small purchases, though credit cards are widely accepted.
- Language: Portuguese is the official language. While many people in tourist areas may speak English, learning a few basic Portuguese phrases can enhance your experience.
- Sun Protection: Bahia is known for its strong sun. Along with your swim clothes, bring a hat and sunglasses. And stay hydrated!
- Insect Repellent: It’s wise to pack insect repellent, especially for evenings.
- Safety & Awareness: While Bahia is generally safe for tourists, it’s always recommended to be aware of your surroundings, avoid displaying valuable items, and use reputable transportation services. We will discuss safety protocols during our welcome reception.
- Electrical Outlets: Brazil uses Type N electrical sockets. The standard voltage is 127V/220V and the frequency is 60Hz. Please bring appropriate adapters and converters if needed.
